I signed up for Rakuten's cashback program late last year and used it a few times. Everything worked fine until last week when I tried to use it during a purchase. When I attempted to log in, I got the message that my account was unavailable and to contact customer service. I sent a message to customer service on April 5 and got an automated reply. The next day, April 6, someone named '**** S' emailed that my issue was being transferred to 'a specialist in the appropriate department.' I have heard nothing since then and the two followup emails that I sent have been unanswered.I have a total of $103.20 in cashback that Rakuten owes me and I cannot afford to not get this amount. These cashback amounts are from the following purchases (screenshots included as well):Dell Order ************* for $97.20 cashback HSN Order ********* for $6.00 cashback Could you please help me get Rakuten to pay the $103.20 in cashback that they owe me? My account with them already has my Paypal address on file. I would also like my Rakuten account fixed so that I can use it for future purchases.I would be happy to provide any more information or documentation for this issue.
